About the role
We are for Growth Marketing Managers to design and execute our full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will own experiments, channels, measurement, and insights that move the business. You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, data, and sales to build scalable growth loops, deliver high-quality programs, and raise the bar on analytics and execution.
What will you do
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization; define OKRs, measurement plans, and run growth experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize key metrics.
- Multi-Channel Acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition channels including paid search/social, SEO/ASO, display/video, affiliates/partners, and referrals; model growth economics and allocate budgets for efficiency and scale.
- User Growth & Conversion Optimization: Build lifecycle programs using modern CRM tools, optimize user registration and activation flows, and partner with product/engineering to ship growth features and conversion loops.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Implement and maintain reliable analytics and attribution stack, define core growth metrics and tracking plans, and build dashboards to communicate performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Growth Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and incrementality experiments with statistical rigor, establish clear hypotheses and sample sizing methodologies, and use experimental insights to iterate and refine growth strategies.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, explore new channels and innovative growth tactics, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring privacy compliance and governance standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, engineering, data, and sales teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives; manage agencies and contractors while documenting best practices and improving processes.
