• Applicable law: These Terms of Service and all rights and obligations arising from or related to your use of AethoVPN services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, except where mandatory laws of your jurisdiction apply;
• Limited data: Due to our no-log policy, we cannot provide user VPN usage activity data and can only provide basic account-related information (such as registration email, registration time, etc.);
